Ultrasafe is an ultra-high barrier thermoformable film manufactured by coating pharmaceutical grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with Syensqo France SA. Diofan® Super B polyvinylidene chloride (PVdC). Diofan® Super B, a superior grade of PVdC, is a unique co-polymer which provides Ultrasafe with exceptional moisture and oxygen barrier properties.

Developed in partnership with Honeywell, ACG Aclar® Laminates are advanced packaging options for highly moisture-sensitive drug products. They are non-polar and additive-free, and excellent when it comes to flexibility.

This PVC based film with aerobic and anaerobic biodegradation properties degrades completely (ASTM D 5511/ ASTM D 5338) in less than three years. It offers no compromise on machinability performance.

ACG’s Dupac® films are manufactured in a high tech manufacturing facility. Our unique drying and coating technology produces highly flexible films that will run smoothly even on high speed blister-forming lines. Dupac’s two-layer structure (PVC film coated with high-performance PVdC) provides medium to high barrier protection.
