Job Responsibilities:
• Time Study of Blister & Cartoning Machines, all models
• Data Generation for actual timing required for machine.
• Assembly sequence finalizing depending upon the data derived from Time study & data generation to get maximum output with existing manpower.
• Material issuance sequence finalizing as required by assembly sequence.
• Monitor shortages in issued assembly, and follow up with PPC/Stores
• Re-work capturing, analyzing it & converting it in ECNR to avoid repeated re-work in assembly.
• Ensure SRV material is sent back to stores before invoicing.
• Standardization of system across all assembly section. (packing list, tagging)
• System, display board etc.
• Designing of Jigs & Fixture to reduce assembly time.
• Execution of Special Project
Key Competencies Required:
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing)
• Knowledge to Interpret Assembly drawing (Product Understanding)
• Knowledge of new Assembly Tools & Technics.
• Knowledge on SAP
