We create special-sized capsules for the unique dosage sizing requirements of our customers. In a few cases, we have even changed the formulation of the capsule material to match the requirements of specific drug formulations.

From our many years of experience on blister packaging machines, we have built up a large knowledge bank. We are now able to advise customised design optimisation for cold form blister and film blister cavity form tooling. To maximise material utilisation and minimise overall blister size.We are also able to offer assistance in the design of customised print for BrandShield anti-counterfeit film.
Engineering
Customised tooling forms a significant part of our business:
1: Tablet tooling for our tablet press machines – now available with multi-tip to increase production capacity of each machine.
2: Blister cavity tooling for films and foils.
3: Change part tooling for packaging machines for each carton shape and size.
4: We also offer a wide range of configuration options for most of our machines, so that they match the exact requirements of each customer.

With our Inspection and Track & Trace systems, virtually every solution is customised to match local regulatory and quality requirements. Our expertise has been built up as we penetrate each market, so that we now know exactly how to configure our solutions to meet each country’s regulations.

films & foils
We are the sole suppliers of a full range of barrier films, foils and Aclar® films to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. This extensive product range has been built up around these key innovations, such as: Aluminium foils with a range of coating options Specially developed strong adhesive peelable foils for child safety New low-adhesive easy-open peelable foils for senior citizens High-barrier, transparent Aclar® film for blister packaging applications
Engineering
For batch and contract manufacturers, changeover times between batches can have a large drain on overall productivity. We’re constantly striving to design machines that minimise downtime. Our new Protab 700 tableting machine has reduced product changeover time to under 60 minutes Our packaging products are designed to minimise the cost and complexity of custom form parts for each product that is run on the machine.
inspection
At ACG Inspection, we constantly seek new ways to expand our range of inspection applications, so that we can inspect many other parameters than camera-based vision inspection systems. We’ve acquired IN2Trace in Europe and integrated their serialisation management software into our Track & Trace portfolio. We are now able to offer integrated hardware and software solutions from Level 1 right up to Level 5.
