ACG also offers dedicated customized programs for customers, both at ACGs facility and customers’ plants. Major advantages of such programs include the customer’s ability to nominate a number of personnel at one location for the program; additionally, all issues can be discussed freely, as all participants work with the same company.

1. These programs are part of the installation and commissioning of new machines
2. Repeat programs can be organized, on request, at any point during the life cycle of the machine, serving as a refresher course or training program for new recruits at a customer’s plant.
3. The programs may last from 1 to 3 days, depending on the scope requested.
4. A number of personnel can be trained at a specific customer’s location. Participants can be production officers, engineers, or technicians.

Programs on Fluid Bed Processing – (Granulation & Particle / Pellet Coating) and Tablet Coating:

1. Feasibility studies: closely coordinates with the development team of pharma companies to establish the feasibility of processing of an existing or new product in fluid bed processing and tablet coating
2. Transfer Support: provides support in transferring products from existing lines to fluid bed processing – such as the transfer of products from granulators, like high shear mixers, to fluid bed granulation and from particle coating equipment, like spheronizers, to bottom spray fluid bed processor.
3. Support for process optimization during scale up and commercial manufacturing stages.
4. Troubleshooting and support, for any formulation, during the life cycle of the equipment.

ACG has an application lab that can be used for feasibility and scaling up studies.
