Blis-i Series:
High end blister packing machines require online check of various essential product parameters ranging from black spots to chipped or broken tablets and even color shade variation. On opaque alu-alu blisters, detection of empty pockets or presence of an unwanted product is very critical.
The Blis-i series of hi-resolution camera systems from ACG Inspection ensures that the blister product output meets all quality specifications and blister packs, which have sub-optimal quality product, are rejected out from the production line. The Blis-I series thus guarantees 100% accuracy in physical product parameters in the production batch. The Blis-i series comprises of 2 product models, the Blis-i 14 & the Blis-i V to meet specific production needs.
Micro-i
Encapsulation speeds in the pharmaceutical & nutraceutical industry have reached 200,000 per hour and with more sophisticated equipment being developed, this is only going to increase. High output capsule filling equipment, especially with special filling attachments for tablet / capsule in capsule or micro-tablets in capsules need very specific inspection systems.
The Micro-i from ACG Inspection can be seamlessly integrated with any capsule filler to ensure consistency in fill volume of powder, granules or pellets. The Micro-i also checks number of tablets and micro-tablets being filled in every capsule. As the Micro-i integrates with the rejection & stoppage systems of the capsule filling machine, it adds great value by ensuring quality of the capsule product output.
Label-i Series
A perfect product pack should have a perfect product label, accurately printed with the correct Batch Code, Component Code, Pharma Code, Bar Code, Data Matrix Code etc. It is also important that the label retains its aesthetic appeal of the pack by being perfectly aligned and correctly positioned.
The Label-i series from ACG Inspection uses advanced morphological characteristics to scan product labels on high speed packing lines to ensure accurate monitoring of the above mentioned label parameters. The Label-i is an effective quality guardian on high speed blister packing & cartoning machines and on bottle and injectible filling lines.
Cart-i Series
Most pharmaceutical oral solid dosage forms reach the market in a carton. It is important to ensure the accuracy of the number of blisters in every carton, correct blister inside the correct carton, presence of product inserts and any other material like applicators, droppers etc are flawlessly present in every carton that rolls out of the cartoning production line.
The Cart-i camera system from ACG Inspection scans the various stages of the carton packing process to ensure accuracy of product and content in the finished pack. In addition to maintaining product quality, the Cart-i can read and comparethe bar codes and pharma codes on the pack insert, carton and blister to ensure zero mix-up in the high speed packaging process.
Print-i Series
Accuracy of any printed format is important, especially at a time where printing vendors change to negotiate costs and also the printing job moves from one location to other. Accuracy in printing has become a major challenge especially with the advent of CTP (Computer to Print) technology where it is very easy to make changes from one print run to the other.The Print-i inspection system ensures 100% verification of printing with respect to characters, fonts, logos and colors. The system can be integrated with line stoppage systems of printing machines to ensure minimal wastage and accurate print output. |
