Charity begins at home. We too began executing our modest social responsibilities from Dahanu. We have adopted a few villages in & around Dahanu & tried to make them models in their regions. Drinking water facilities, medical care amenities, education systems and hygiene are the core aspects where the representatives of company along with residents of that area work
collectively. |

For over several seasons, training programs & scientific agricultural techniques were demonstrated to the local farmers. Besides training, special seeds & saplings were brought in from abroad & distributed . The objective was to enhance the income of tribes through lab-to-land & one-hut one-tree initiatives. |

The company conducts medical camps with the help of Indian Medical Association, distributing medicines, providing bore-wells for drinking water, building crossover bridges and establishing science laboratories in local schools. |

ACG Worldwide boasts of people from seven nationalities. The Local employees' spouses have formed Capsulina Club, which organizes regular social and welfare activities among the community to bond with local residents. In each of its 10 locations, group companies have been similarly occupied in several social projects. |

St. Mary's high school, Dahanu has a hi-tech science laboratory in its premises. It has proven very useful for the learning of the students and ACG Worldwide, as part of their education promotion drive, funds it. |

| The management of this Organization is conscious of its social obligations for employment of physically handicapped persons. The Company considers its human resources, in the category of physically handicapped, as a significant part of its assets. By imparting systematic training to its handicapped employees, the Company has rehabilitated as many as 25 deaf persons as independent and productive members of a committed work force. |
